Sunday 10th April Leader: Heather Lawlor
Heather’s well led walk started and ended in glorious sunshine,….with a 20 minute shower in between. We were delighted to see Peter Griffith out with Rob again …..and enjoying the glorious views on this excellent walk. Refreshments at the local Inn were well received by all.
Sunday 3rd April Leader: John Hutcheson
Not quite “pea soup”….. just a damp heavy mist for the start of this excellent challenging hike to John’s Hill, Sim’s Hill, Green Law, Little Hill and Corb Law,…..with the comfort of leader John’s navigational skills to take us to them safely. After our lunch stop it got clearer and warmer as we ended the walk in sunshine,……with the chat continuing in the King Seat, Dollar of our exhilarating day out.

Friday 1st April Leader: Harry Lister
What an interesting day we had in Govan with our guided tours of the Old Parish Church and their historical Stones ……and Fairfield’s Shipyard Museum with video footage of every step taken in building their world famous ships.
To sing Happy Birthday at Govan Cross subway to Avril (artist)….and her cake presentation in a snack bar …..was just another wonderful moment of a great day,….thanks to Harry and Agnes and to SRC members for another terrific attendance.
